St Mary’s Pre-School is managed by the Parents’ Committee. All parents with children at the pre-school are welcome to join at any time, ask one of the committee members for details.
The committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting and comprises a chairman, secretary, treasurer and other members. The Supervisor and Deputy Supervisor of the pre-school also attend committee meetings.
The Committee meets every 6-8 weeks and is responsible for all major decisions involving the pre-school including employment of staff, purchase of new equipment and payment of bills. The Committee also organise the Christmas Bazaar each year along with other fund raising events and end of term parties.
The Supervisor is responsible for the day to day management of the pre-school.
